“十二五” 期間，是我國(guó)深化改革、加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式攻堅(jiān)的五年，也是經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整、增強(qiáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)配套能力、推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量升級(jí)、發(fā)展現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的五年。潤(rùn)滑油企事業(yè)單位如何與相關(guān)行業(yè)、相關(guān)企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)無縫對(duì)接，對(duì)打造潤(rùn)滑油行業(yè)及整個(gè)中國(guó)制造業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力都具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)際意義。我們的科研院所、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)主動(dòng)搭建這種跨行業(yè)的服務(wù)平臺(tái)，讓更多企業(yè)加入到聯(lián)合創(chuàng)新的隊(duì)伍中，在協(xié)作與共享的大氛圍下，實(shí)現(xiàn)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的整體提升，使產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)有序進(jìn)行。在這種背景下，由中國(guó)石油潤(rùn)滑油公司、《潤(rùn)滑油》編輯部主辦的“2012 年潤(rùn)滑油技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇”定于2012 年9 月26-27 日在大連召開。屆時(shí)將邀請(qǐng)政府官員、國(guó)內(nèi)外業(yè)內(nèi)專家學(xué)者、規(guī)劃工作者、管理人員、研究人員、生產(chǎn)技術(shù)人員、專業(yè)營(yíng)銷人員等就相關(guān)方向發(fā)展的前沿展開廣泛深入的交流與研討。大會(huì)將編輯出版《2012 年潤(rùn)滑油技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇論文專輯》，并將從中評(píng)選出優(yōu)秀論文，從即日起廣泛征集會(huì)議論文，現(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)通知如下：

二、論文要求

1、應(yīng)征論文內(nèi)容應(yīng)符合上述主題范圍，不接受在國(guó)內(nèi)外正式刊物上已經(jīng)發(fā)表過的論文。
稿件一律不退，請(qǐng)自留底稿。
2、論文篇幅盡量不要超過8000 字（包括圖表和中英文摘要），請(qǐng)用Word 排版。其順序如下：題目、作者姓名、作者單位、通訊地址、郵政編碼、中文摘要(200～300 字)和關(guān)鍵詞(3～6 個(gè))、正文（圖表要清晰）、參考文獻(xiàn)、作者簡(jiǎn)介（主要包括姓名、性別、出生日期、職稱、何年畢業(yè)及畢業(yè)院校專業(yè)、現(xiàn)從事何工作、是否已公開發(fā)表文章等）。
3、投稿方式：提交的論文發(fā)到《潤(rùn)滑油》編輯部信箱，并注明“2012 年潤(rùn)滑油技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇論文”字樣。編輯部E-mail:rhyedit@petrochina.com.cn。

三、論文使用

我們將根據(jù)論文征集情況向論文作者發(fā)出參會(huì)邀請(qǐng)，并根據(jù)專家審議情況匯編論文專輯，同時(shí)選出一定數(shù)量論文做大會(huì)公開交流。大會(huì)期間組織專家對(duì)論文進(jìn)行評(píng)選，對(duì)獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)撐念C發(fā)證書和獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。對(duì)具有一定水準(zhǔn)，符合《潤(rùn)滑油》雜志刊登要求的稿件將擇期發(fā)表在《潤(rùn)滑油》雜志上。

A Circular Soliciting Articles for 2012 Dalian Lubricant Technique & Economy Forum
Ladies and Gentlemen:
The period of "Twelfth Five Years Plan" is a crucial five-year for China to deepen the reform and accelerate the transformation of economic development, a five-year for strategic regulation of economic structure, improvement of industrial supporting capacity, promotion of product quality upgrading and development of modern industrial clusters as well. How to achieve seamless connection between Lubricant enterprises & institutions and related industries & enterprises has an outstanding practical significance for creation of lubricant industry and the entire China manufacturing core competitiveness. Our research institutes, industry associations and related organizations should build the cross-industry service platform actively to allow more enterprises to participate in the group of joint innovation. Under the atmosphere of cooperation and sharing, it can realize integral improvement for core competitiveness and make industrial upgrading in an orderly manner. In such background, "2012 Dalian Lubricant Technique & Economy Forum" which is sponsored by PetroChina Lubricant Company and the Editorial Office of "Lubricating Oil" will be held in September 26 and 27 in Dalian, China. The government officials, industry experts and scholars at home and abroad, plannings, managers, researchers, engineers and professional sales will be presented to join in discussion.

II. Requirements
i. The paper should be compatible with above topic areas and paper appeared in official publications at home and abroad will not be accepted. No paper will be returned, please keep your manuＳＣＲＩＰＴ.
ii. Not more than 8,000 words, including charts and English abstract; Please use "Word" in your paper, as the following order: title, author's name, author's unit, address, zip code, Chinese abstract (200 to 300 words), keywords (3 to 6 words), text (chart should be clear), references and brief introduction of the author (including name, sex, date of birth, job title, graduation year, school and major, current job and whether published articles or not).
iii. Please send the paper to the Editorial Office of “Lubricating Oil” by E-mail of rhyedit@petrochina.com.cn before July 15 and noted "2012 Dalian Lubricant Technique & Economy Forum".

III. Application
We will invite writers to the meeting according to the papers and edit paper album in accordance with expert opinions. We will also open exchange a number of papers and award the selected papers. Some outstanding papers meeting requirements of "Lubricating Oil" will be published.

Welcome article contribution actively by personnel engaged in lubricant development, production, management and marketing and science & technology researchers of related industries. The further notice for the meeting time and venue will be given.

"2012 China Lubricant Technique & Economy Forum" has advertising business as well, including lubricant materials, additives, and machinery equipment, instruments, and analysis instruments of lubricants and other petrochemical products.
